My Cayucos, A Romantic California Weekend Getaway

Located between Morro Bay and Cambria, this town is THE sweetest little piece of heaven on the central Coast. Gorgeous beach. Really nice people too.

Don't drive too fast when driving though or you'll miss all the antique stores, B&B's and a cool little shop that just opened called Healthy Pleasures that can handle all your Romance and pampering needs.

We have one blinking traffic light in town.... again... don't drive too fast or you may miss it!

Karen, I loooove Cayucos! And, yes, I did miss it. We had to turn the car around and go back, but it was well worth it.

It is a delightful town with its own saloon and, I understand, a great fishing wharf. I didn't get a chance to go fishing on the Cayucos wharf, but lots of people do. It sounds very romantic to me, holding hands, gazing into sweetie's eyes, waiting for a fish to bite ... and not being disappointed if it doesn't.

We did do one page on Cayucos. As we learn more about it, we will do even more. Please, do send us all the info you've got, and we will introduce as many people as possible to Cayucos!

	Cayucos, California.  A romantic step back in time, with an old time saloon and romantic wharf, right on the Pacific.
	Dana Point, California.  Start with brunch, and stay much longer.  Stunning views, lots of charming restaurants, a very romantic spot.
	Davenport, California.  What was once a town known for a cement plant and clothing optional beaches has emerged as a quaint, charming town with an elegant bed and breakfast along an enchanting seashore.
	Huntington Gardens near Los Angeles.  Acres and acres of spectacular flowers and trees, with an amazing library, and a charming spot for lunch near the Rose Garden.
	Los Gatos Toll House Hotel. A charming small-ish hotel nestled against the Santa Cruz Mountains, with a lovely open patio perfect for weddings and parties.
	Temecula Picnics.  I do so love a picnic.  Wine. Warm sunshine.  A sweetie stroking my mane.  Some lovely munchies.  aaaaaaah.  Here is where to go in Temecula.
