For decades Rothschild's Restaurant in Corona del Mar has been the setting for romantic rendezvous.  And for good reason.  It is elegant.  And the meals are wonderful.  "Consistently great dining" is what other guests say about Rothschilds.

Rich polished woods and impeccable service greet every customer.  It is a perfect spot for a Happy Hour meetup and for a late night tete a tete.

Lunches and dinners are served in several different areas of the restaurant.  Each area is more charming than the next.  Little stairways lead to surprises and corners that are just delightful.

When we were there recently we had scrumptious lunches of linguini and cannelloni, both perfectly seasoned and beautifully served.  There are a lot of other delicacies on the menu, and even a Sunday night supper, a three course culinary delight.

Location of Rothschilds Restaurant

Rothschilds is located right on Pacific Coast Highway, in the midst of elegant Corona del Mar.  It sits right on a corner near the intersection of MacArthur Boulevard.  You will see red awnings on the ocean side of the street -- that is the restaurant.

Parking is behind the restaurant, but is limited.  If you see a spot on the street, you may want to take it.  Or, if you don't mind walking a bit, there is large parking lot directly across the street in the Corona del Mar Shopping Center.  Gulfstream Restaurant is in that shopping area so you may be familiar with it.
